Anxiety isn’t all that
Even worse, its lies are holding you back from seeing the solutions to process that emotion or any others arising from it.
Anxiety gets stored in the spleen energy centre, along with depression and envy. It often goes along with these emotions in creating a feeling of stuckness.
If these emotions don't come up and then move on with ease, then they create an increased sense of uncertainty. This prevents you from focusing on ways to alleviate any anxiety.
EFT, or tapping as it's often called, gives your anxiety, or any other emotions stemming from an anxious situation, some focus. By using acupressure points on the body and your words, you begin to clear the sabotaging voice to allow your own sage wisdom to resurface.
By the way, this wisdom, focus, and clarity was always their, but the increased weight of anxiety stops you from feeling or hearing it.
From these first sessions I decided to create a follow up video for people to use daily after the group sessions, especially since I don’t record either the physical session or the Zoom meeting. EFT works so well when you consistently use it, every day, for a period beyond when you start to feel better. This follow-up video proved valuable to attendees so I have been creating one following each different subject as I hold more group sessions.
Last week with the start of the new month, I thought it would be super supportive to a wider community to make these videos available on my website for a one off energy exchange. Why attend a group then when you could just jump into the online content and have it all?
As I mention on any EFT video I do, EFT is best when you are specific. IF you’re new to EFT you may not know what or how that looks. So having the support of a practitioner can make it much more relevant to you. Attending in a group can give you much more depth and make any clearing run deeper. It can help you bring to the surface things you hadn’t even noted before.
