Emotions are energy

All these emotions have a message for us. The best thing I have done for how I feel is learn to listen within to those messages, first acknowledge the emotion is there (rather than pretend it's not or make it wrong or bad in some way) and then ask it what it needs from me to feel lighter or be released. This has helped even the heaviest, darkest emotions begin to feel much lighter inside, and solutions come much quicker when I feel lighter 💜
